Should I be worried?
I have a new contract with a 2GB data bundle and a data SIM, and there were some MB carried over from last month.
Last week sometime I received an SMS stating we'd used 50% of our bundle, last Saturday received an SMS stating the bundle was depleted even though vodacom4me and *111#,1,4 showed 1.2GB remaining.
I called 111 and was told to ignore the SMS, we did have an active data bundle and to we should continue to use it as normal. I have a reference number, but didn't receive feedback as promised.
Yesterday *111#,1,4 still showed over 1GB remaining but this morning *111#,1,4 shows -1023804852KB available and vodacom4me shows -999809.43 MB available.
Anyone else seeing strange data bundle balances?
