Shaun Green - IT employee of the year

I'm new to this forum and I only joined because of gripes with iBurst, but I must say from browsing the iBurst section Shaun Green deserves a medal and moolah.

He answers customer queries and doesn't try to change the topic or make lame-ass excuses, nor does he try to sound smarter than his customers. Excellent work!

Good work needs to be respected & Shaun must get more moolah.

Good Job Shaun

Jannie, I think Shaun needs a performance bonus, lets say in line with an average government performance bonus, about R6.5million...

Lemme put my voice towards this as well. Shaun you are exceptional! I wish you well. I just hope you never get a promotion as we would miss you too much :-)

Amen Shaun should be looked after. The man is asset to iBurst but do not give him too much moola he might just up and retire :D. We have to leave him wanting MORE :p

Ive met Shaun, and he has helped me. Totally a go-to guy. Well done Shaun, totally deserved!

I'm sure Shaun is the reason why some guys actually still stick around with iBurst.

Well done mate.

What a load of hyperbole. The Muhammad Ali of iBurst? A Jedi Master? Come now people, Shaun is running around doing the stuff that should be done by default by the helpdesk. He's obviously dedicated or gets a very large salary; and/but he's also dedicated to keep a vociferous minority pleased and quiet. Add some perspective...

I have to agree with this.
The only reason you guys love him is because he is HERE, on these forums.

Personally, I think he does a very good job, but many employees do the same.

Neotel rep needs to learn from Shaun though ;)

Wow Rustum, you actually think they hired a guy to deal with this tiny minority of clients. The least you could do is give kudo's to a man who is doing a good job. I would love the whole service industry to be as good as him as well but we are not going to get there by not looking after the stars. Everyone needs examples to emulate or there is no upliftment! Sorry Rustum but you just sound bitter.

That's right, bitter as chicory...
