A source close to the investigation confirmed that money had changed hands and that, in the last incident, the girl had apparently bought a loaf of bread for her much younger brother and sister.

The girl has been repeatedly raped since last year, but the rapes were only reported when the girl was taken to a clinic by a concerned neighbour. The child's mother was arrested shortly thereafter. She has since been released on bail.

Meanwhile, child welfare officials have removed the three children from their parents' care.

Four of the suspected rapists, aged 21, 25, 34 and 40 respectively, were arrested on Thursday and Friday.

The mother should be locked up! Thrown into a cell along with those rapist!

You know the sad thing here is the mother is the biggest problem and the catalyst, so lock her the F up with no bail!!!!!!!!

I am not saying the guy who raped the girl are not bad people but where there is supply there is demand.

how did the mother have money for bail? did she sell herself inside the prison?

Criminals in this country have awesome role models like Showerboy, Shaik and Woodwork. They see them driving around in expensive cars and criminals don't complain oh no no, what they see is opportunity.

They think to themselves; "Hey, I can rape this young girl and since she doesn't need a taxi I'll give her money for bread because like my little get out of jail free bracelett says; WWJD (What Would Jacob Do)" ;)
