Just watched the first two episodes, with another two to follow tonight.

What do you guys think of the new season?

Wonder if they will be able to top previous seasons? If not, this could be the last one of course.

Thanks for the heads up, had no idea Season 8 was being released.
 
Not reading any posts (don't wanna see any spoliers of ANY KIND). This is going to be the most awesome SEASON, wanna see how they going to keep jack alive :P

And I see Jack has made a mini me.

I mean that chick is evil, she was such a goodie until she met him...
 
Renee is the best thing about this season, if it wasnt for her trying to channel ''season 2 Jake Bauer'' I would have proberbly stopped watching.

I completely agree. Her perfomance in last night's episode was excellent!

She is certainly the "sharp end of the stick" at the moment. :D

I'm stacking them all up, then going to have a marathon "24" weekend.
 
what a great episode nice to see Jack going back to his old ways :) Him running around barefoot shooting stuff up in the resturant reminded me very much of Die Hard .
 
Very sad that they killed off Renee. :cry:

She was one of the very few female characters that could hold her own against Jack.

Apparently the actress who played Renee, Annie Wersching, is pregnant with the baby due in August, so I am guessing she couldn't do stunts anymore. ;)
