Just wondering is this a swap or are they providing the new card in addition to the one that came with the pack?

I have sent you on several occations my contact details for my sim swop of my VM simcard. But I did not any feed back from you.

So please supply me the name of a Director or senior person in VM which can take up this matter. I am really fustrated and fed-up with the responses I am getting from the incompetent cust. care consultants at the VM call centre I spoke to.

I did forward your PM to Virgin Mobile. You are from Paarl if I'm correct??

Virgin Mobile waited for the new sims and then they will contact you guys. And remember, I don't work for Virgin Mobile, I'm doing you guys a favour.;)

PS: Are you sure you don't want me to give you the board members private numbers????

Virgin has had some practice now?

Lets hope all goes well, then we can use the 50c per mb service like their is no tomorrow.
 
just had a call from VM, nu sim on the way :D
I asked if this extra or replacement sim... she says no, when receive, u gotta call them, & all details be copied, then u can chuck the 'old' sim.
I actually thought it wuda been better to have it as an additional (working) sim. Then we can keep nu sim in data card, use the old 1 for voice in cell, then they can also make more munny out of us, make up sum of the cost of these replacement expenses.
anyways... here's to web connecting the VM way! :p

I'm glad you received your card. I'm still waiting for mine though. hahaha

Looks like everyone is going to get their card before I get mine. :D
