12 000 users on 75 basestations to 40 000 users on 150 basestations is a 66% increase in contention ratio. With close to 300 users per 20Mb/s basestation and half of them online the theoretical maximum throughput is 133kbs per user.

Hardly broadband.

yup been having crap all day at work with them.

does this 40k users include those that have left them already? or are trying to leave them but for some "obscure" reason are unable to leave them?

they can bite my <expletive>
 
What is amazing is that they actually got this far with their high prices.
