Telkom’s operating profits declines slightly

That's why they were all "quitting" ... lawl ... performance bonus balances kinda shrunk ... LMAO

R14.470 billion profit. Down from R14.677, 1.4% decrease.

And they're paying R11 per share. YUMMIES!

Bussiness as usual if you ask me...even with Neotel, Telkom can still strike a deal with them so that you sit with a vodacom and mtn (remember those days?) and even a third or fourth provider won't make much differnece (eg. Cell C and Virgin), because our market is bandwith hungry and theres enough demand at a high price to sustain everyone...what if Neotel is worse than Telkom?

Dare I ask what then?

28% group operating profit margin - exactly the same as Microsoft's.
