The Biggest ADSL ISPs

AFAIK all the other "ISP"s were just resellers of bandwidth from either Telkom or IS. Unless I'm wrong, who cares which ones are the "biggest"? They make absolutely no difference in the market. They exist, much like hardware resellers, to subside on minute profit margins.
 
these stats show that IS and verizon get much better download speeds then saix, but arent these networks extremely saturated?
 
I wouldn't mind seeing the complete list with ± how many ADSL subscribers they have but while we on the subject...

mmm you do have a point there. until telkom is truly out of the way change cannot happen
