The best and worst ADSL ISPs

WebAfrica deserve every bit of praise that comes their way.

Service, products, everything is world-class and many South African companies in all industries can learn a thing or two from them!
 
TelkodemopoliesHindernet seems to have done amazingly well - IMO it should have scored 0.8 and 0.0 respectively, but I am ever so slightly biased against the monopolistic beast & have several axes to grind.

Telkom is humbled by the warmth and reception of it's customers. Truely they don't deserve to even get a 1, but a 4 is real honour...
 
it is a pitty paradigm solutions where not on there as there score would be 3000 LESS than tellkom.

But they may be resellers of webafrica in that case they are giving webafrica a very bad name.
 
Congratulations to WebAfrica.

They've been my only ISP since my move to ADSL, and I've been very, very pleased with them - especially the way they respond to support tickets. Their customer control panel and account/billing systems are also brilliant.
 
I have had absolutely no complaints with TelkomSA. Been a client for just over a year and a half now and I have never gotten anything other than good service. Maybe I am just one of the lucky few...

I used WebAfrica as my primary ISP for some time. I have no complaints about their service. However, their prices have not moved for a long time. While they were once among the cheapest ISPs, they have not passed subsequent wholsale price reductions onto their customers. They are not the value for money proposition that they once were.
