TelkomInternet 1GB - Does it have uncaped local?

I won't claim to KNOW but what I suggest is that 'experiment' and find out.
I have a 3GB account and I'm on 70GB local so far.
My stats (daily that you get via TI) seems to have stopped at 60.65GB (it's been saying i've done 60.65GB for 7 days) and trust me, I've done way more!

Apparently every 1GB of TI bandwidth comes with 10GB local. Local is still uncapped once you reach the 10GB 'local limit', thereafter they will/can charge at around R20 per GB of local bandwidth consumed.
Telkom states:
"Please note: Local Bandwidth is in a testing phase and more details will be communicated at a later stage.
Please ignore usage that accrues on the Local Bandwidth tracking tool and will have no impact on your original blended threshold purchased."
I am ignoring it and have not the slightest intention of paying anything extra until I am informed about it.

Postman I have to correct you on this issue, I've noticed that to every reply you have been stating 10gb local per 1gb int, this is no longer so , infact telkom only had this info on their site for about 1-2 days before removing it and informing clients via the usage tracker that local usage is to BE IGNORED AS IT IS IN THE TESTING PHASE.

Oh okay, the last I read was 10GB local with every 1GB intl.
DAMMMMMM Straight! ME TOO!! I really want to know who the hell started the rumour that 1GB account = 10GB local. That is a load of rubbish show me the proof cause you the obviously know more than telkom does!

There was a huge thread on TelkomInternet local capping policy as of November/December, when ever it was.
Also, IIRC, there was a MyADSL news article which talked about the 1GB + 10GB, and a charge of R20/GB after you have exceeded your local limit.
Its strange that telkom doesnt even have an idea and told me that that is a load of of rubbish!!! And that I should not listen to what those people are saying! So Im getting to answers and both are fighting whos right! I dont know anymore!

...it means that for a couple of days, Telkom advertised "10GB local with every 1GB" on their site...
It was on telkoms website for a great number of days - here's the discussion about it from back in November - http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=95589
At the same time telkom was also saying everything was in a testing phase and to disregard the stats - as usual they have no idea what they're actually doing.

What do you download locally that takes so much cap?
I mean, its not like there are so good SA websites to download.
Also is there a local site similar to youtube?
