apologies for the title if it is offensive, but i've had it with these scumbags.

click on products and see for yourselves. they've done it again.

let me get to the gist of it - for those of us on 3gb caps, we only get 30gb of local bandwidth! this is not uncapped bandwidth! they still refuse to listen to ICASA!

As we will not cap you on local we reserve the right to bill you for anything exceeding the allocated local bandwidth that is on promotion. The charge for local bandwidth is R25,55 per gig.

Dont get me wrong the R25 per gig is MADNESS!!! but on the brightside 30gig local aint so bad unless ur on 4mbit and a newsserver killer!

yeah, but my point is this - they are not abiding by ICASA. they are supposed to be offering us uncapped local bandwidth. the scumbags.

If IS decides to up their game and provide a reasonable (iow BETTER) QOS then they're going to seriously capitalise on this.

Then again IS aren't abiding by the regs either and I don't see many people ripping them a new one.

Well if ICASA stipulated local should be uncapped and FREE....we wouldn't have this problem.. ICASA messed up..Telkom took advantage of it. Thats just the way business is
 
ok now what happens to the account we buy from other isp's?

do they also offer free local after your cap?
