Cell C network problems explained
Network problems affecting Cell C users in Pretoria are due to an upgrade to its 3G network covering the area, a spokesperson for the mobile network operator has told MyBroadband.
According to Cell C, the upgrade is to improve quality of service and capacity.
“We apologise to customers in the area who might have experienced issues during this process,” Cell C said.
“All services are up and running and customers should be able to access 3G services,” Cell C said. “Cell C is also completing a drive test to ensure the quality of the upgraded service.”
