    I wish there's a way i can get the message across quicker to RSAweb to make them understand that this is unacceptable. I wish i can change to a different ISP but than I'd have to pay a huge bill. And that this point it seems that's the only way to go.

    Hi guys, so Octotel's guys are finally coming to my complex to do an installation at flat. My Next question would then be how long do you wait after the installation is done for the router from your ISP? Any honest answers would be appreciative.
