Still doesn't make sense not to have prior public warning of an increase / or show the "new" price. I was left red-faced when I recommended the package to a friend and he got excited about the current price (which he also checked on the site) only to be told it would be increased on the 1st...
On Tue 2024/01/30 I got a notification of a price increase on my Pure Fibre package to R577.00 pm, but nowhere is that even mentioned publicly it appears. Even your website right now still shows...

So what's happening at/to Afrihost this morn? My fibre Internet login is all of a sudden being rejected. How do I get some kind of response & resolution on ticket KHW-167-31988? I am NOT impressed with PITA wassap kind of support. Today is not a holiday for me and I need to work. I can't rely on...
If something like this doesn't make any sense, just "follow the money". (Who is going to make (or has already made) a truckload of money out of pushing for this?)
With the undersea cable "faults" & whatnots, I can understand slow connections, but only Twitter seems completely unavailable. (times out with nothing shown on screen. Pings also fail). HOWEVER, going via a Browser proxy/VPN - with the VPN server connected to, being in the USA nogal, Twitter...
