Need a contact to cancel my service with this brain-cancer-giving-IPS.
Spent hours on the phone with them.
No response to "one calendar month" cancel notice.
As though they wait to reply so it can be another month to wait to cancel.
Making it so hard to cancel with them so you give up...
That's very sad for me...
I had(it's been cancelled at the end of the month) WA Telkom, I used a Mtn prepaid sim to check what I would get latency wise, sub 180ms is pretty good for SA - EU. So I ordered and changed to WA Mtn thinking I'll get the same or better results. Ended up been worse...
I have two MTN simcards and two Telkom simcards:
MTN Webafrica with WA's APN and MTN prepaid with MTN's APN
Telkom Webafrica with WA's APN and Telkom prepaid with TK's APN

Telkom LTE has gone to s#@t. It was one of the most reliable mobile networks and now it's so slow and laggy! In one day the network went from good to complete s#$t! VoIP getting blocked. International latency gone thru the roof. Disconnection. At the moment I see no difference in 3G and 4G.
