Need a contact to cancel my service with this brain-cancer-giving-IPS.
Spent hours on the phone with them.

No response to "one calendar month" cancel notice.
As though they wait to reply so it can be another month to wait to cancel.

Making it so hard to cancel with them so you give up trying to cancel....

Spam them on Twitter and Facebook Messenger - they seem to reply there. Be careful - they're going to try to claw back the fibre installation cost from you, so be ready for that.
Might also be worth lodging a dispute\complaint with ISPA:

It's getting cancelled at the end of November. It will be the 2rd best day of my life getting rid of this cancer ISP.
