    Well, let's say I've received 5 emails from a client, and I search his email address, the results may return 0 to maybe 3 of the 5 emails. This happens irrespective of whethernI search the email title, sender name etc. Very annoying and frustrating.

    Thanks. On my own computer, I've got 5 x POP3 accounts set up and 1 x Exchange account. Logging in onto webmail probably won't give me access to my pop 3 accounts? The problem is the same on 5 different computers, and only when searching for emails in Outlook 365.
