A few weeks ago I was the victim of fraud involving my MTN account. So far, MTN have refused to provide me with any information on how it was perpetrated. In my mind the only way it could have been perpetrated is from the inside, as all security protocols were overriden.

That article raises a few good questions. Assuming that good journalism prototcols were followed seems that FF did not want to comment.
