I'm with you on this. Only the unavailability of Openserve keeping me on FF.The second Openserve becomes available a large swath of people in George will be moving immediately. We have zero trust in Frogfoot's reliability since it's been a shiteshow from their inception here in 2019.
I don't think there's been any feedback from them after the massive disaster last week?
Afrihost hasn't said a word and I've received nothing from Frogfoot either. Not a sorry or anything, just 4 days of unusable internet.
The only info we have is this article on the Cape Independent, and they got all of that info themselves. No accountability / responsibility or anything of the sort. Just a big DEIsaster of a company.
