Hi guys, can anybody point me to a telkom representative on here, having a sticky issue regarding an outstanding amount owed to telkom that I have no clue about,
Visited telkom store and had them check it out and they too were confused as all my accounts are up to date.

A newbie to transferwise, have set up my TW account and had a client pay into it ,followed by filling in a "reporting form".
Was there anything to be filled in by the sender as well? Money is still pending beyond the suggested...
Update: by some miracle mweb contacted me this late afternoon and assumed I would want to complete my order, eventually got the sales person to cancel my order and thankfully send me an email stating it was canceled, now to get telkom to cancel my voice and adsl line:X3:
That's what I'm afraid of, to date I have tried all methods as suggested by the previous posts ... No reply yet, will argue to the very end if they process the order
That's the thing, there's no cancelations email address, I'm beyond sure if I send it to sales they'll counter argue it was sent to the wrong dept and nothing can be done

have tried contacting mweb but end in a loop of department shuffle and endless waiting on hold
please can someone point me to an Mweb representative to assist
