    Vox vs Axxess

    I don't have any complaints. I get my full 50/5 speed, issues normally get resolved after a hour or so. Had about 2 issues in a year. They did cost a little more though , but now with the vumatel price change they seem to be more in line with everyone else.

    Seems like Vumatel has upgraded (Vuma speed test) but Axxess is throttling the linespeed (Speedtest.net). Could it be because speed upgrade not fully completed ? I don't mind waiting.

    Seems like they throttling download speed to exactly 20mb but my upload is up from 2mb to 5mb. So not sure whats going on there. Glad to know I'm not alone tho. At the moment the excuse is that upgrades are still ongoing. So hopefully they will upgrade soon. I'm sure they would not promise...

    I tried speaking to Axxess support , they keep blaming Vuma even tho my speed test to vuma shows it's upgraded. Will just have to wait until Vuma say they done with all upgrades. Then hopefully Axxess can't blame them anymore.

    I'm with Axxess / Vuma 20/2 waited for my upgrade to 50/5 I was upgraded just didnt know because i still get 20mb on speedtest. I get 50mb on vuma speedtest. They shouldve just said no to upgrade if they can't handle the extra upgrades. I do get 5 mb upload tho so thanks Axxess.
