Hoping to get in touch with a Rep for Home Connect.
We changed our payment method on the Home Connect App to Debit order.
We also called for another issue and just made sure this month would be debit order.
Now our internet has stopped working and we received a response saying its EFT.
Our invoice for the month says Debit order 1 Nov 2024.
Can someone please help as I dont think we should pay a reconnection fee
