We recently changed over from Telkom LTE to Telkom Fibre.
We have our own mail domain ,however since the change over we are having issues sending and receiving email.
Sometimes mail will be sent with no issue , but most times it will give the error, Cannot connect to SMTP server if you keep receiving error contact your service provider.
However after a few minutes message will send. This is affecting everyone in the office including scan to email on the Printer.
We have tested with LTE , Cell Phone hotspots and users taking laptops home and sending mail.
Issue is only when connected to Telkom Fibre in the Office.
I have tried logging tickets with Telkom , four in total. When I call for a update the tickets already been closed with the issue still ongoing.
Is there some on this forum that can help getting a ticket logged to the right department.
