Thanks @Yuu and @Adenoid Hynkel. I incorrectly thought the order page you mentioned was only available once you purchased the device from samsung store - but upon doing it from the samsung store page - and following your instructions in the previous post - it does work correctly and gives the correct amount.

Going directly via the link in this thread doesn't seem to work anymore. The order page is accessible via the pre-order link on the Samsung home page.
 
Is there a reason you wouldn't buy at a samsung store and get the R10k off immediately?

Thx. Worked. They don't have a lot of covers or accessories in stock online. Bought the black book cover.

Former S7 and S8 owner here.

Huge upgrade overall and much better form factor than the S8, which I had to fix by keeping it in a case. I have a case for my S23, but it's not completely necessary.

Major quality of life improvements in typing and running apps as well. Outlook on my S8 ran slow occasionally, here it's much faster. As a bonus, my S8 charger is capable of fast charging the S23, so I don't have to fork out for a new one for a while.

Planning to get a USB-C to HDMI cable to play around with Dex before I think of investing in a dock, but I'm definitely going to stick with wireless charging this time around.
 
Picking up on this now. So I can buy a s23 and get a free voucher + tablet + R10k cash back for a s10?
 
Seems my tablet has an issue... screen is washed out and flashing. And idea how to get it replaced

I see that SS online shop has a similar offer. Do you know if you can claim this deal plus the trade in?

As for the Samsung Online Store. Purchase device, once NEW imei number with you, submit pickup for trade in device.

I am going the Cellucity route, left it too late to be picky and take chances with online purchase. Trading in an S10e* for the R10k trade-in discount, but I am applying for a contract so it will be R400 off per month on the contract price. Will hear back on the vetting process tomorrow.

*A lucky relative is getting my old S21 as I am swapping the S10e with them.

Question, if I purchase the s23 and want to claim the tablet with the Samsung members app, does it have to be on the new device, or can I leave the s23 sealed (to sell) and register the device on another Samsung phone on the Samsung members app and claim through there?
 
Have to be on s23 to claim.

Youc an buy takealot from takealot then comes with tablet then you dont have to claim it
