Marginal upgrades on the CPU and cameras. Maybe more storage but nothing earth shattering.

I like the improvements Samsung have made and they haven’t gone and tried some radical new design.
The fact that ALL S23 Ultra are now on the TSMC fabricated S8Gen2 customised by Samsung (I believe they clocked CPU+GPU up) along with the new Camera sensor should make this quite a nice improvement especially for those coming from S20 Ultra, Note20 Ultra and S21 Ultra.
