Right think I've played enough for now.

Barb & Druid I'm not the biggest fan of atm, but I'm sure they will pick up later in the game. It is always like that with them anyway.
Sorc, Necro & Roque is a blast and powerfull from early on already.
The most fun I've had in the beta is most likely with Twisting Blades Shadow Roque
Fast, mobile and fun. Give it a try if you still playing! TBS Roque

Most of the issues people complain about I did not experience much off tbh.
a Bit lag/rubber banding during peak, but considering its a beta and a massive part, as they said, was stress testing the servers, it was pretty good.
This weekend, considering its open with the player numbers increase, was already an improverment.

Graphics, feel, sound & gameplay is great imo.

Cut scenes/quests, when you've done them once 95% of them seems to be skipable.

UI. Yes this can do with a bit of work/tweaks/additions.
Hope they can focus a bit more with a PC mindset before release.
I'm on an ultrawide, so maybe some things did not bother me as much.

Skills tree. Not to complicated but ok.
Would like to see a few more mini tree's/synergies and we should be golden.
Will have to see what the paragon tree does to all this. Should play a big role.

Open word, scaling. Bit strange at first, but got used to it and I'm ok with it atm.
Will need more time & area's to see.
World boss I did enjoy.

Dungeons. Can do with a little bit of work from what we've see, but then again it is a small beta part only.

Items/Gear. Not sure why they went with all these new/different affixes, but gets better the higher you go and you get used to it.
I like the +skill / +skilltree ones.
Considering the beta is min x3 gear & leg drops, we'll see how it feels on release.

Having taken part in all the previous Diablo beta's I think this one was pretty good in comparison.
One need to take it for what it is, a small piece of the game with the aim to test servers and get feedback.

If they listen to the proper feedback, IE. the Kripps out there and just mainly ignore the stuck in the 90's/early 2000's MrLama Andy's we should be ok come release.
This is comming from someone with a serious number of hours in D1/D2 and then a few in D3 :)
Feeling I'm open minded enough and optimistic to see the full game on release, end game & seasons.

I really did enjoyed the beta. 72 days to go then!
Hope to see you all there.

I agree.

There's very good potential here - bit of a mindset change from Set Legendaries but there's definitely good depth possibilities.

Looks like a buy from me as well.

Unless they go the Diablo Immortal route and add other monetization on release I think it's a win for me.

Glad to see we're back to the darker atmosphere:

It looks like they'll just have the season pass for cosmetic items. At least that's what they say.

On that:
Will the season pass be like Destiny 2's season pass where you get extra cosmetics? If it does I have no problem with it.
Also I wonder if the Microsoft deal does go through will GamePass holders have to buy it as well or will it be part of the sub, cause if it is then my urge for them to win becomes stronger.

Any idea, approximately, how much data the game consume while playing? Having issues with my fiber and was hoping to play a bit before the beta ends.
Can do 5g if data usage isn't too hectic :-(

By the way when did the beta ends?

Do you have it downloaded already? If not, it's 85GB

Enjoyed the beta. I can see myself losing way too many hours of my life to the game. Will likely pick it up when there's a sale. Only thing I really miss is the D3 dodge mechanic.

Im on level 18, Started playing yesterday and enjoying it. I am thinking of pre-ordering it but it is either pre-ordering this or purchasing hogwarts. Im playing on the Series S

Not sure I’ll be pre-ordering it but enjoyed the game.

Died twice and lost the characters lol.

Played on Series S and a lot like D3 and D2 actually.

Got some rubber-banding and some things not working till I left the game and reloaded.

Hopefully it’ll be on GamePass, lots of other games on my Radar.

I enjoyed the Beta, will probably buy the game....

The one thing is still miss is the total immersive sound experience of Diablo 2. There was like no music in this Beta at all...

For some reason this game reminds me heavily of Wolcen (if you've played that game)...

Well that was good fun.

I think I encountered a memory leak - the longer I played the more memory was being consumed and the other applications on the PC slowed to a crawl.

The joys of beta software.

See y'all in June.

Yes! I was struggling to remember the name of that game - played in briefly back in the day

I found the Fractured Peaks music to be exactly like that. Those strings are quite haunting, definitely pulled me in. Keen to hear the music for other areas.

Of course there was music and it was very atmospheric

I turn the music off in Diablo games, it starts getting repetitive after a while.

Besides, the campaign is just the stepping stone to the real game...
