Paywalled. Anyone got a N24 sub?

This Sarupen Laaitjie seems to think there are common interests between the Vf+ and EFF.

Hold on, so this funny pic of an EFF table mixed with VF+ banners, and Sarupen then quipping "EFF+" to joke about this, is your massive expose on Sarupen?

Shame, how long did you dig to get that absolute gem...

The extradition was denied in February yet the SA government only found out yesterday  . These guys are so embarrassingly clueless and out of their depth.

Mhh, newly elected but way too tjatjarag, Zille must call him to order at once before their right wing supporters take offence.

Nah, Sarupen is what KZN people call a "tube laaitjie" to Steenhuisen. Very obedient to the powers that be and he knows his place.

Steenhuisen is a "yes man" to Zille but this Laaitjie is even more of a yes man in order to get his praise.

He is the type of guy that will adopt the butchered versions of his name from DA colleagues "Ahh-Sure" instead of correcting their pronounciation.

It's actually quite frankly shocking how okes like JP Smith from DA still butcher SA names when they have been living here all their lives. I very rarely butcher SA names, unless it is extremely unusual even if do not understand the language so these okes can't use not knowing the language as an excuse.

You kinda just learn the pronunciation when you interact and read and watch SA programmes and news.

Seeing things about JuJu being involved with prophet Uebert Angel. Anyone following this?

How do you know this? Are you a DA member?

Btw don't you just pronounce Ashor almost like Asher?

Bruv... No... People aren't always good at pronouncing other people's surnames unlike you apparently (cue slow clap). Especially so when it's a rare surname.
Not everyone is great at pronunciation, and not everyone gives a **** about it...

It is what it is.

People get my name wrong, I get theirs wrong. Who cares, schit happens, we're not all natives of each others languages...

Ja ou Cyril. Seriously, if your main gripe about the DA is mispronunciation I think you are grasping; sounding very Juliaaas like; DA bad at all costs. Pitiful.

He hasn't been the same after Nora Grose's case got thrown out...
I mean if we're at the point of "DA BAD, CUZ SOME OF THEM CAN'T PRONOUNCE SOME SURNAMES CORRECTLY", then IDK what to say.

Imagine if I were to go "ANC BAD, CUZ SOME OF THEM CAN'T PRONOUNCE SOME SURNAMES CORRECTLY"...

Desperation, simple as.
