Festival of Fire yesterday. Some sauces from the festival, Freshly Ground playing, the final eating comp between USA & SA. Well worth going - really fun day out tasting loads of hot sauces, live music, the various chilli eating contests. Epic jumping castle section for kids. Very reasonably priced at R200 / ticket.

Got gifted this from the states. Tomatoe forward pleasant taste and a real zing.

You know your supplier is legit when they use peppers instead of foam chips. One of the few local sauces I keep in the fridge. Decent heat & a sort of burnt flavour that I like.

Don't think Hot Ones ever claimed it wasn't. He regularly says 'the worst is over' after eating it.
