Chilli sauce reviews

i am Indian and i can basically handle chillis BUT there is some ingredient in Minnies supercharged Peri-Peri that makes my tongue fell like i was tied to a car and tried to use my tongue scraping on the floor as brakes - it just basically uses mostly African birds eye chillis which i can normally handle with not so many issues but i don't know what else these guys throw into the mix that my tongue is actually very sensitive to

What bothers you, if I may ask? The preservatives & stabilisers and flavor enhancers?
