Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

My problems started at midnight last night. Not slow or intermittent, either. I have no connection at all. All lights are green on the openserve ONT, client zone says connected, but there's nothing.

No idea if it's an outage or my router, so I bought a new router and will see what happens when I get it set up later this afternoon.

Afrigirl, I'm experiencing YouTube buffering on a 150MP line speed. Why is this happening? It happens every day, every 2-3 videos I get buffering.
 
Cannot log in on the FNB App using Afrihost. Have to use mobile data.

I asked Gemini to diagnose and it said my router connection looks good and the issue is on your end since "Hop 1 is fine but hop 2 shows immediate loss". Pls respond 🥹 @Afrigirl

My VUMA Aerial line is the exact same. Which area are you in and when did it start?
I'm in Midrand and it started last week. It might have started earlier and I just didn't notice coz I wasn't playing. Which area are you in?

I am Germiston area, mine started around Tuesday/Wednesday

Heh we're on opposite ends of Joburg and Squirttle is in CT so the issue seems to be a bit widespread. The lack of complaints made me worry a bit. Tuesday is when I noticed the problem as well
