So do we have anyone here that can recommend independent chilli sauce makers?
You know your supplier is legit when they use peppers instead of foam chips. One of the few local sauces I keep in the fridge. Decent heat & a sort of burnt flavour that I like.

Seriously very good. Grabbed by a local park and market down the road. She def recommends cooking chicken or prawns with it. Its good!

I make my own sauce... lasts me forever. I ferment about a litre at a time.... I use a few carolinas, a bunch of chocolate habaneros and some birds eye chillies plus normal peppers and onions & garlic. Nyummy
I had that, it's got no bite to speak of but the flavour is not bad.

i am Indian and i can basically handle chillis BUT there is some ingredient in Minnies supercharged Peri-Peri that makes my tongue feel like i was tied to a car and tried to use my tongue scraping on the floor as brakes - it just basically uses mostly African birds eye chillis which i can normally handle with not so many issues but i don't know what else these guys throw into the mix that my tongue is actually very sensitive to
