What was your total card spend for the month in question? I was going to say that you got capped by the 20% of total spend rule but I see that it can't be that on its own. Perhaps you spent on normal PnP spend and PnP Clothing which then counted towards the cap first.

You would need to provide more info in order for people to see where you went wrong.

You didn't spend 6000 to get the 1800, plus did you buy at pnp normally? Or Spar

Adjusted Cap 2859.33
Ebucks 857.80
ASAP counts first, instore/Spar spend is irrelevant.
 
Hi, Just doing an "audit" on my accounts, considering moving to PW.

I have this account "Investment Account (individual)" I don't think i am getting any points for it?
money max,32 days notice, global i think those ok.

Also have 2 tax free accounts, other then the deposit per year , I don't get anything else, should i move my money from there?
someone mentioned rather keep the money there as it tax free....

any advise?

If I can be honest with you, the BANK loves it when you saves with them. Been in that boat when I started my TFSA in 2015. Moved it away in 2020. In the last 6 years, made so much more in my TFSA, doing much better ETF's that what FNB offers.

All I can say, you bank with a bank, you dont invest with a bank. And regarding PW, make sure you get to level 5.

I'm hoping that by changing the rules midway last year and then giving the 'booster points' for things like using your VC, they realise that they fscked up making it all so strict that they actually lost customers.

I doubt it, but you never know.
 
Trying to buy PS voucher on the app - but getting the error message "Sorry something went wrong, Please try again later".
Been trying the last half an hour and get same error.

Is FNB offline or something?

Ive been trying to buy a Google voucher. Also gives an error

I have experienced this a few times, I usually resort to buying a Steam voucher.

It's different issues on the various vouchers.

E.G. 1Voucher and Steam worked for us the other evening but Play Store didn't.

I saw on the WhatsApp group one guy had a 1Voucher issue, they took his money but no voucher was received.

Someone else posted this:
'Getting errors trying to buy vouchers on app. Anyone else with same experience? "Something went wrong. Please try again later."'

Different vouchers might be supplied by different providers, so it's possible that certain vouchers work whilst others error out, if some of the providers are having issues.
