Grand Theft Auto 6

V is my favourite. Followed very closely by IV.

In fact : V - IV/EFLC - SA - VC - III - VCS - LCS - CW - GTA2 - GTA - London

GTA 3 is why I originally got into computers. My mom bought the game for me for PC. It wouldn’t play. I figured out it was due to no graphics card. Went to local PC store and bought a GeForce card (can’t recall model) and the game worked. I was hooked from that day on.

First saw GTAIII being previewed on Cybernet during school holidays at my grandparents' house. Still remember that day so clearly. Couldn't stop thinking or talking about GTAIII for the rest of the day lol.

Pretty much every GTA has a memorable story burned into my mind forever haha. It's crazy.
 
Do we think GTA online will be cross platform? A friend has an Xbox X and I’m wondering if I’ll be able to play online with them. I have a PS5.

Who knows. Online hasn't even been confirmed yet and will launch at a later date, maybe next year. GTAVI will be single player only for a while.

Wait for Online trailer :p

I think Sony have learned not to be spoil sports as it angers the players.

If not, the best solution is for him to sell his Xbox X and get a Playstation 5 :thumbsup:

Kills the second hand market or the ability to swap the game out with a friend/family member to play when you're done with it.

Mine has a disc drive and I would still buy digital. Discs are a schlep for me. I'm more gutted that this isnt coming to PC at launch. Rockstar always do that. Then they get that second cash injection once PC launches. Only reason I even kept my PS5 is for that game.

No one cares about that - this is just something for people (who don’t care) to moan about. Either way if there was a disc version I’d be buying the game new and I wouldn’t be selling it.

The future is digital and the writing has been on the wall since consoles had optional disc drives. Just like when PCs stopped including Floppy disk drives and now a lot don’t come with disc drives either.

Most software you buy today is digital too.

There are more important things to be upset about; like the game not launching with a PC version that is a legit thing to be upset over.

I mean I’m not upset about that because I have a console. But those who don’t - I totally get it.

We're not upset, we know we'll eventually be getting the far superior, definitive version of the game.

I'm not waiting for any special as I don't want to own a current gen console as the PC experience is better.

For around R4000 you can either have a budget 50 inch 4K "smart" TV with bloatware or you can have a 32 inch 1440p monitor with 120 Hz refresh and almost zero input lag. That's one example.
