Not sure cast iron is the way to go with thinner crust pizzas.

I have this one, it's brilliant and quick, I time it for 6 min and it's done. Gets to like 400c or something crazy.

Competitor? Seems like I've got some catching up to do!

My kid decided on a pizza party, with a bunch of friends, before going out last night. That's fine by me - the more pizzas I make, the quicker I will have paid off the Gozeny.



Unfortunately too many people wanted pineapple so my kid needs to find new friends today.

LOL - just take off pineapple from party menu, if you/kid designed it. Give people a choice and they will select it. Or just say pineapples got stolen by a bunch of illegals.
