Down in Stellenbosch as well.
Morning
We are working on it. vlan was migrated to the new bng.
Apologies for the issues experienced. Should be sorted in the next minute or so.
Thanks, didn't see anything on the status page.
Appreciate.
Appreciate the responsiveness.Apologies for that. These migrations to the new equipment are supposed to have zero impact, and we have done a lot of them already. We missed a config step on the Frogfoot vlan 3639 and saw the issue and fixed it so really sorry for the connection issues.

Hi.Morning,
What is the status on the 1GBS OpenServe option?
Hi.@Afrigirl
The issues with certain CDNs is still ongoing it’s become very frustrating to have things buffering multiple times and my video quality dropping from 1080p to 360p and still buffering. YouTube struggles as well sometimes not maintaining 720p
The issues are not new and have been going on for around a year but nothing solid is being done about it . I’ve upgraded my router from the Huawei provided, my streaming devices were not changed as well. But as soon as I use WARP (1.1.1.1) on my entire network buffering is non existent.
The same video , the same episode immediately stops having issues from buffering every 5 minutes and dropping quality to instant high quality video via warp.
The odd thing is Netflix and Dstv now works no problem without the vpn , Netflix streams in full 4K as well as Amazon prime.
But services like YouTube and crunchyroll have been giving me a headache even plugging in my cool ideas 5G shows no issues.
What gives Afrihost I cannot keep blaming my hardware when warp works fine on these services on the same hardware and devices. YouTube instant 1440p and 4K and crunchy 1080p which is the max
We'll be waitingHi.
We hope to launch the package in full by next week.
