I see the App Loyalty says it can take 5 business days for spends to appear. I tapped my Google Wallet on Sunday so if it doesn't appear by Wednesday next week, I'll have to email my slip to WW and get them to investigate as I need that purchase to tick that goal.
 
Oh this is interesting, never noticed this before but it might be normal, we made a payment into the WW credit card in-store, it reflects with a negative sign on the app under transactions, the description is the store alias.

However payments made via the WW app reflect as 'WFS Stitch Payment' and the amount is unsigned. Purchases are also unsigned.

A week later and the purchase still hasn't counted towards my monthly Loyalty goal. It did add to the running total of next month's voucher, but it didn't get me to the goal. Fortunately I did 2 other WW Food shops since last week Monday and they have got me over the line to achieve all my goals.

Lesson learned - I'll never tap my phone again at WW and I am also going to print out and laminate my rewards barcode fromt the APP so I don;t have to pass my phone over to the cashier at every purchase, then put my phone back into my pocket and pull out my wallet and physical WW card to pay - annoying!

That's weird, I only use my WWCC via Google wallet and it counts for me.

You can swipe your WW CC as your rewards card. It is all linked...
 
To confirm was July spend based on the 3% and August spend will be at discount rate we achieved based on the activities completed in July?

If you click on your cash back in the app it now brings up a screen where you can see your statement for past months.

It then shows the exact spend in and outside Woolworths with the relevant percentages.

Thanks, yes thats where I saw the 3%. Was expecting a higher percentage but guess thats from next month. Quite useful to have it in the app.
 
How personalised are these vouchers? I seem to get them for things I don't shop for. For instance, I now have a voucher for Pampers nappies. I have never bought these at Woolworths.

Is it for the next time I **** myself trying to use their fekking app?

A weird thing, also, is that I always have to chip in a small amount of money (R12 odd) even though my order is below the individual voucher "redemption value". It's not with every Woolworths assistant but most. WHY.

I have never paid anything in when order coffee and I usually order the MEGA size
