Only the second rime ever the Schmucks played the All blacks.I'm all in on old school tours but it does become a bit of a farce when the mid week games are against token opposition.
Considering how many of the shurks players are leaving - around 4 players joining the Bulls.Only the second rime ever the Schmucks played the All blacks.
Fans and team are an embarrassment as per usual.
Instead giving the schmucks a game again, SARU should rather give a game to an invitation side and play it at Bloemfontein or Nelspruit where people will show up and appreciate it.
There used to be a South African universities team that played touring teams. That would be a better option than wasting a once in a lifetime opportunity on Durban.Considering how many of the shurks players are leaving - around 4 players joining the Bulls.
They have fallen so far from grace it's a shitshow, so much wasted talent there.
But yes, Nelspruit deserved a game from the tour.
Apparently it was their best available side. Bok call ups and injuries continue to challenge...I was not expecting much from the Sharks and was still disappointed.
Why the hell would you send, at best, a 3rd string side against the All Blacks.
Bulls might field a half decent side. Embrose, Curwin Bosch, Harold, Stedman, Jooste, Willie le Roux, Marcell, Hanro Liebenberg, Rudolph... not sure what their tight 5 will look like, most are Boks...Things might go worse for the Bulls. They are likely to tire first, even at altitude, and I don't think they are going to be playing in a lake, so the All Blacks could fire even better over the weekend.
game is only this Saturday, so maybe only tomorrow/FridayBulls might field a half decent side. Embrose, Curwin Bosch, Harold, Stedman, Jooste, Willie le Roux, Marcell, Hanro Liebenberg, Rudolph... not sure what their tight 5 will look like, most are Boks...
Wonder when they're naming their side?
Well we know Willie is definitely kicking lolBulls might field a half decent side. Embrose, Curwin Bosch, Harold, Stedman, Jooste, Willie le Roux, Marcell, Hanro Liebenberg, Rudolph... not sure what their tight 5 will look like, most are Boks...

I'm happy for Brannas and have nothing against him. Great player. But the man is pushing 40. What is the benefit of having him still in the Bok setup. We have an over abundance of loose forwards as it is. Not understanding the thinking here.![]()
Veteran World Cup winner Deon Fourie drafted into Springbok squad | The Citizen
Deon Fourie is back in the Springbok squad and could be in line to make his first appearance for them almost three years after his last game.www.citizen.co.za
Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus has called up veteran utility forward Deon Fourie to the national squad for the forthcoming Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry (RGR) series against the All Blacks, following his successful return to action from a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to injury.
To scare the All Blacks?I'm happy for Brannas and have nothing against him. Great player. But the man is pushing 40. What is the benefit of having him still in the Bok setup. We have an over abundance of loose forwards as it is. Not understanding the thinking here.
