New Telkom unlimited calls and WhatsApp bundles

Telkom has launched a promotion which adds free unlimited on-network voice calls for 24 hours whenever prepaid customers buy a data bundle as part of its “Data Talks” campaign.

The mobile operator is also offering new WhatsApp bundles with free Telkom-to-Telkom minutes and new unlimited voice bundles.

So here is the question: with other networks, "WhatsApp" bundles only mean messages and notifications. NOT WhatsApp calls. Assume more of the same here?
