Not sure if anyone has commented on this before, but dont you think Rassie announcing the last two (more?) Bok teams on the Monday after a brutal test match is a wonderful example of his mind games?

Like, we farked you up physically on Saturday, and here we are, on Monday, with almost zero injuries, and ready to fark you up again this weekend.

Historically he's mostly named the team early.

The reason he does it is so players can focus, without media speculation or distractions.

But yes, another reason he does it, is to send a message to the opposition. This is who is playing, stop us if you can.
