Any adult who's easily "encouraged", as you put it, by politicians to commit crime shouldn't have lawful access to a weapon. Either way, this tragedy could have easily befallen anyone who crossed paths with this psychopath.

Result of policing failure. My stance about gun ownership is clear: by all means own whatever gun you feel entitled to, as long as you're mentally and physically fit to handle it. The guy in he video is clearly not mentally fit to own or use one.

Shooter picks up something of the victim (report say his cellphone) and leaves.Looks like the victim was Robert Wolk, a South African racing driver.

Seen those too. If it was a hit there would not have been an argument first. Witnesses said they argued about him taking pictures.
