Instinct 3 Tactical Solar.Ooh, which Garmin?
Nice!Instinct 3 Tactical Solar.

My posture isn't great and wall angels have been fantastic, and really help if you are consistent with them. I don't do the hinge that he does in the video though. Do them on rest day days, you can even do them with a wall sit/squat for a bit of thigh fry.LOL. I used to think that my posture is decent enough but apparently not. I am not remotely like this.
eh ? 40s ? You mean 50s or 60s perhaps ?You know you have reached your 40s when you do your annual doctors visit and leave with a script long enough to open a pharmacy lol. Making sure nothing bad happens. But I need to up my exercise game too.
Fair enough. As for myself, I had never felt the need for this before as my posture is really alright and have never experienced neck/shoulder/back pain last 10-15 years. I was just looking for some stretches on YT and came across wall angels and just couldn't do it properly so I took it as a challenge. My posture isn't great and wall angels have been fantastic, and really help if you are consistent with them. Sshhhhheh ? 40s ? You mean 50s or 60s perhaps ?
I like this idea. If there was one resistance machine I would like at home it would be a compact version of a cable machine. This would be great for targeting different movements like you can with resistance bands but with a constant level of resistance throughout the full range of motion.
That would actually work for me and is cost effective even adding plates. I could attach it to my Calisthenics rig.I have a single station cable machine, I use this more than that:

It helps. But I need to up my exercise game too.
Accidently found 2Kg pair of ankle weights in garage and tried one of them as 2Kg increment to 16Kg Kettlebell press. It works.
It wraps nicely due to velcro & hook-strap combo. Not too shabby if you only have 16, 20, 24 KB's. YT suggested to use scotch tape for attaching dumbell weights but I didn't like it.
