    Fibre - Data only

    Where can I get a fibre data only account? I already have the line but I am not happy with the shaping of download speed from NewsHost servers. (400kbs on a 40Mb line) My ADSL was faster! Everything else is working as it should except the downloads from NewsHost servers.
