Finally, a thread where we get to own the first post.
This thread is intended for customers to interact directly with Crystal Web management about the performance of the ADSL network and to post feedback about the performance of the network and accounts. Numerous new types of accounts will go live upon our official launch at the end of this month. For now, we are offering our Crystal Web Uncapped accounts.
Contrary to the opinions of a few other industry participants, we truly believe in the uncapped model. So rather than actively reduce the value of uncapped to encourage capped purchases, we're doing the opposite. Our standard uncapped accounts offer free tier 1 data (highest priority on all protocols on the network) for up to 400GB per month depending on line speed (minimum 100GB). Only thereafter do shaping policies apply, where we shape large downloads and release the shaping after midnight. Gaming, streaming, browsing etc remain unaffected by any shaping. No throttling, no complicated AUPs and FUPs - just truly good value and an uncompromising level of quality uncapped bandwidth.
We also offer a free premium news server, with 2000+ days retention, 99,5% completions, SSL, and 15 concurrent connections. For free.
We're now also offering capped data to mybroadband members only, but you need to talk to support about your requirements. We offer 24 hour support on weekdays, and 10am to 5pm on weekends. We offer support by live chat, email, portal (to be released fully the end of this month), social media, and forum (limited support on forums, as we don't own this epic forum, no matter how much we wanted to
)
Our previous thread also became a bit of a social hub for our customers to interact with each other, and we're very much okay with that. The same applies here - we don't mind friendly chatter and discussions about routers, garden gnomes, and Diablo demon slayers.
For fibre optic broadband sales and queries relating to other products, contact our sales team or PM me rather than posting in here, as it may get lost. Our previous thread hit 10,000 responses in a few months - so there's always a lot to mine through.
Email addresses for Crystal Web:

As a little test, we're also going to run a quick poll on the thread.
