    Hello all, Let's say I have a10mbps business ADSL line, which would sync at say, 1000kbps. If I connect 5 of my neighbours via Wi-Fi (WISP setup, with CPE's), and do bandwidth control on there CPE's to say Max. 200kbps, would the network run at okay speeds if nobody runs anything that is...
