As per title... Nersa is expected to announce the price increases today that will cause interest rates to go up (I fail to see the logic but that's for another thread)

Just pulled the main findings from the Nersa Doc, regarding the load shedding through to end January 2008.
They are quite a bit more scathing in their full report and paint a picture of gloom if you look at Eskom's build program vs Demand for the years to come.
