    My Rain 5G sim says no connection/ invalid sim on the router however it is working fine on my phone, May I get this merged back to my router I have tried rebooting and resetting my router, and still nothing is happening, in a few days my payment is due and money will be deducted for a router...

    Rain support is failing big time

    Hi, does anyone know how to get hold of the rain rep here? As a friend of mine and a rain customer struggling to get help from rain with here rain one product. When you call you end up with the call centre in India. And they don't understand what the problem is .

    Hi Anyone tried the rain support that is a challenge to call in? Especially since they changed their call center? Or even struggling with their 4 g network they recently changed to rain one?

    RAIN 4G downgrade possible?

    We went with rain 4G unlimited, but were mostly disappointed by the unreliable und slow connection. Since we depend on a usable internet connection we had to go with a different solution. We do like the prospect of rain's service though, and as we trust them to improve their network with time...
