We went with rain 4G unlimited, but were mostly disappointed by the unreliable und slow connection. Since we depend on a usable internet connection we had to go with a different solution.

We do like the prospect of rain's service though, and as we trust them to improve their network with time, we wanted to stay customers and downgrade our sim from unlimited to "pay as you use". Unfortunately the support is not reachable. We send multiple requests in June already, but got no reply and thus are still billed for unlimited. Since I don't want to pay double much longer I will give it one last shot here, otherwise I will just cancel it and give up on rain for good.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of them, or if there is a way to downgrade through the account interface on their website?

Hi , i apologize for the inconvenience , could i ask you to PM me your email address linked to your rain account so that we can get this resolved.

i struggled to get in touch with rain. sent them many times email but unsuccessfully. i upgraded my sim card to 4G unlimited but was very disappointed. Now i want to downgrade it and yet they never get back to me. i decided to cancel it in May and it said it will be effective from the 1st of June but yet it wasn't; try again in June and it said it will be effective in July and still nothing. the sim is still poorly working and they still billing me. this is nonsense.

Please assist!

You guys are probably going to get fined by the Consumer Council if you don't fix your downgrading process

Why don you just cancel it and get a new SIM of the type you want? It's not like you want to keep the cell number or something.

Not good to post your email address in public unless you want to start receiving weight loss pills & long lost inheritance emails.
