Rain 5G sim not working on router

My Rain 5G sim says no connection/ invalid sim on the router however it is working fine on my phone, May I get this merged back to my router I have tried rebooting and resetting my router, and still nothing is happening, in a few days my payment is due and money will be deducted for a router that is not working, how do I get this resolved? I have sent multiple queries to Support and there's no response, this is frustrating cause I now miss calls on my phone cause I swapped sims and hotspot my laptop for me to get work done.

Did you get this sorted? I am interested in having rain wifi as alternative but based on many such issues on this forum, I am not really keen. Thanks.
