Hi, does anyone know how to get hold of the rain rep here? As a friend of mine and a rain customer struggling to get help from rain with here rain one product. When you call you end up with the call centre in India. And they don't understand what the problem is .

Or Rain for not advertising their reps on here? Ie so the uninitiated can be made aware?
