I have not used rain in years, however I was shocked to see that I have outstanding bills (3 months) with rain for non-payment on a SIM I never requested. Am curious as to how this is possible without my consent or authorisation, as all my relevant accounts (e-mail/google)...
my rainone router is not working, I tried contacting the support team but I did not receive any help, I tried logging into the website it appears that the router does not detect the sim . And my payment date keeps on changing every 4 months which is something that I dont understand .Please help...

Please note that I am not receiving replies to my complaints and cannot get through to your call centre. I have cancelled this service last month and was debited again for something I am not using, please refund my account immediately as this debit on my account was without my consent.
